Chapter History
The Epsilon Rho chapter of Delta Delta Delta was chartered on November 18, 2016 at the University of San Francisco as the 138th collegiate chapter of Tri Delta. We are one of 141 chapters across the United States and Canada. Since founded in 1888, more than 238,000 women have joined our organization.
At Epsilon Rho, Fall of 2016 focused on recruiting and educating the founding members as they took on the responsibilities of developing a new chapter and creating our presence on campus. The following year was filled with leadership development as our chapter continued to grow, while continuously building an organization that fosters sisterhood and empowers women to be the most authentic version of themselves. The Epsilon Rho chapter participated in our first Panhellenic formal recruitment in the Fall of 2017. Through this, our organization gained many valued and incredible women. Since then, Tri Delta has become fully integrated into the USFCA Greek and campus community. In 2019, after only three years on campus, we were recognized as Greek council’s Chapter of the Year.
The purpose of Delta Delta Delta shall be to establish a perpetual bond of friendship among its members, to develop a stronger and more womanly character, to broaden the moral and intellectual life, and assist its members in every possible way. Epsilon Rho is proud to continue to uphold these ideas through sisterhood, philanthropy, and action on campus.
